Salem Center sponsors tournament, seminar

SALEM — Salem Community Center, Salem Indoor Sports Complex, will host a cornhole tournament at 1 p.m. Saturday.

Play will be governed by rules of the American Cornhole Association.

There will be two players per team, 13 years or older. Players are to register today. The entry fee is $20 per team at the SCC front desk. Cash will be awarded the winning team.

The center will also host a grilling seminar featuring Chef Mike Cranmer of Mike’s Penn Avenue Grille.

Featured will be full rotisserie; caramelization; stuffing game, birds and lamb; and an after-class carving demonstration and buffet.

The registration fee is $10 at the SCC front desk.
