Dinner, wine-tasting to honor Latin women

YOUNGSTOWN — The public is invited to attend an annual scholarship fundraiser to be hosted by Latinas United Networking Association Inc. from 6 to 10 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Byzantine Center at the Grove, 3801 Shady Run Road..
