Mr. and Mrs. Joseph honored at dinner on anniversary

AUSTINTOWN — Mr. and Mrs. Martin Joseph, 1268 Cavalcade Drive, were honored by family and friends as they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a dinner party on Aug. 15 at the North Turner Road home of their son, Martin Joseph Jr., and co-hosted by their daughter, Tammy Tayman.

The former Beatrice Jordan and Mr. Martin were married Aug. 8, 1959, at Bethel Assembly of God Church, where they are members.

Mrs. Joseph, a homemaker and caregiver, is a member of the church choir and is a children’s ministries helper.

Mr. Joseph retired in 2001 from General Motors in Lordstown, where he was an assembler. He is a sound technician and custodian at the church.
