Miss Monmonier, Mr. Hewko to be wed in Baltimore

Announced by Donna and Sean Davis of Baltimore, Joseph Monmonier of Venice, Fla., and Kathryn Hewko of Shadydale Drive, Canfield, is the engagement of their children, Christina Maria Monmonier and Brian William Hewko, both of Enterprise, Ala.

The future groom is also a son of the late Basil J. Hewko.

The couple’s early September wedding will be at at St. Michael Ukrainian Catholic Church, and their reception will take place at Maryvale Castle, both in Baltimore.

The bride-to-be and prospective groom graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., with bachelor’s degrees, hers in military arts and science and systems engineering, and his in human geography and mechanical engineering. They are lieutenants in the U.S. Army and are assigned to Fort Rucker, Ala., to study aviation.
