MAHONING COUNTY | Grand jury indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury has indicted 26 people including a man alleged to be responsible for the death of a 4-year-old child. Charles George, 40, of Market Street, has been indicted on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, endangering children and failure to comply with the order of a police officer. The girl was ejected from a van driven by George when it struck a telephone pole on Mahoning Avenue and flipped over. The grand jury also indicted the following:

Kourtney C. Kidd, 25, of Mahoning Avenue, Austintown, possession of heroin.

Sheila A. Cochrane, aka Sheila A. Stores, 52, of Parkcliff Avenue, theft and theft of rental property.

Jan S. Martin, 42, of Birch Hill, Austintown, possession of cocaine.

Dawna Martin, 29, of Westchester Drive, Austintown, possession of cocaine.

Abdul Lateef III, 27, of E. Judson Avenue, aggravated possession of drugs.

Marcellus Wilkins, 22, of Buckeye Circle, assault.

James Simmons, 25, of W. Chalmers Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Kevin A. Dubose, 24, of Arlington Drive, criminal simulation and forgery.

Russell A. Rogers, 22, of Old North Street, possession of heroin.

Jessica Marker, 19, of S. Lipkey Road, two counts of theft.

Robert W. Floyd Sr., 44, of Dryden Avenue, possession of drugs and four counts of illegal use of food stamps.

Lamar A. Robinson, 32, W. Delason Avenue, possession of cocaine, aggravated trafficking in marijuana, illegal possession of weapons, possession of drugs with forfeiture specifications.

Robert Roth, 38, of Sixth Street, Niles, possession of heroin.

Dawaun Davis, 19, of Summer Street or Fincastle Lane, carrying a concealed weapon.

Leroy Williams, 50, of Court Street, breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools and identity fraud.

Charles Thomas, 20, of Rush Boulevard, carrying concealed weapons.

James H. Vaughn, 38, N. Bon Air Avenue, receiving stolen property and possessing criminal tools.

Stephen Moritz, 39, of Division Street, possession of cocaine.

Davail Bryant, 31, of Clinton Street, possession of cocaine, failure to comply with the order of a police officer, theft, tampering with records

Andrew J. Kocak, 22, of Champlain Avenue, attempted theft, possessing criminal tools.

Deandre Clyburn, 22, of St. Louis Avenue, possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications.

Derrick McIntosh, 40, Mahoning County jail, breaking and entering.

Lyndora Caulton, 39, of Fifth Avenue, aggravated arson.

Ashley Miller, 21, Kenmore Avenue or E. Philadelphia Avenue, violation of a protection order and menacing by stalking.
