Dahlia Society plans annual show

YOUNGSTOWN — Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park will be the setting for the annual Mahoning Valley Dahlia Society show Aug. 22 and 23 on the lower level of the Davis Center.

A wide variety of dahlias will be displayed by growers from the tri-state area

After judging by local accredited judges, there will be open viewing from noon to 5 p.m. Aug. 22 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 23. Visitors will also have an opportunity to tour the dahlia trial garden in the park.
