Aug. 1
Drug abuse: A 20-year-old Alliance man was arrested for possession of marijuana along state Route 446.
Aug. 2
Theft: A blue mountain bike was stolen from Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St.
Domestic dispute: A resident of Royal Park Apartments, 88 N. Broad Street, reported having an argument with an occupant of his apartment, who punched a bedroom door and then left.
Aug. 3
Theft: A Tony Hawk BMX bike was reported stolen at the Canfield Swim Club, 522 Briarcliff Drive.
August 7
Drug paraphernalia: A 61-year-old Austintown man was arrested at the Mill Creek Park Offices, 7574 Columbiana-Canfield Road, after police found a glass tube with cocaine residue in it.

Aug. 3
Theft: A Pioneer radio was stolen from a vehicle at the Fairfield Inn, 801 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: A radar detector and Garmin were taken from an auto at Country Inn Suites, 5570 Interstate Blvd.
Breaking and entering: A motorcycle and a four-wheeler were stolen from a garage at a home in the 6000 block of Kirk Road.
Theft: Two street signs were stolen in the 100 block of Country Green Drive.
Criminal damaging: A sharp object damaged a vehicle at a home in the 60 block of North Raccoon Road.
Theft: A purse was stolen from a shopping cart at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A prescription was stolen from a home in the 80 block of Idlewood Road.
Vandalism: A rock was thrown from the bike trail overpass on Mahoning Avenue and through a car windshield.

Theft: Compact discs, quarters and lottery tickets were stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Woodmere Drive.
Theft: A tire was stolen from Fyda Freightliner, 5260 Seventy-Six Drive.
Burglary: Checks were stolen from an apartment in the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.
Theft: Compact discs and change were stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Westmont Drive.
Theft: A laptop computer was reported missing from the store at Bits, Bytes and Pieces, 5462 Mahoning Ave.
Disorderly conduct: A man was issued a summons for disorderly conduct at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Disorderly conduct: A man was issued a summons for disorderly conduct at state Route 46 and Interstate 80.
Theft: Tools were stolen by an employee at a home in the 4000 block of Fitzgerald Avenue.
Theft: An MP3 player, perfume and cigarettes were stolen from an auto at a home in the 90 block of Rosemont Avenue.
Theft: A woman was arrested for theft and resisting arrest at Wal-Mart and released on a summons, and another woman was arrested for complicity.
Burglary: Money was taken from a home in the 6000 block of Fairview Avenue.
Fraud: A woman cashed a bogus check at a home in the 2000 block of Penny Lane.
Disturbance: Two juveniles were arrested for curfew violation at a home in the 2000 block of Birch Trace.
Telecommunications harassment: Calls were being received from an unidentified male at Phoenix House, 850 N. Meridian Road.

Theft: Coins and perfume were stolen from a vehicle at a home in the 500 block of Forest Hill Drive.
Theft: A front license plate was stolen from an auto at a home in the 10 block of Peggy Lane.
Theft: A computer delivered for service was stolen at Bits, Bytes and Pieces, 5462 Mahoning Ave.
Burglary: At an apartment in the 30 block of Idlewood Road.
Theft: $40 worth of fuel was stolen at Country Fair, 1143 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Drug offense: A Youngstown man was arrested for possession of marijuana and dangerous drug, two Hydrocodone pills, at Mahoning Avenue and Javit Court.

Theft: A computer was stolen at Bits, Bytes and Pieces, 5462 Mahoning Ave.
Breaking and entering: Two four-wheelers were stolen from a home in the 6000 block of Kirk Road.
Theft: Coins and equipment were stolen from an auto at Rhiel Supply, 3735 Oakwood Ave.
Criminal damaging: The window of a vehicle was broken out at Home City Ice, 3733 Oakwood Ave.
Recovered property: A blue bicycle was located at a home in the 3000 block of Nottingham Avenue.
Criminal damaging: A house had a bullet hole in it in the 7000 block of Backwater Cove.
Theft: A bicycle was stolen from Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.
Aug. 8
Criminal damaging: A 2007 GMC was damaged at a home in the 4000 block of Warwick Drive.
Theft: A woman was issued a summons for theft at Rainbow, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A Bluetooth telephone was taken at Wireless Zone, 4774 Mahoning Ave.
Misuse of credit card: An attempt was made to use an expired card on the Internet, reported a resident of a home in the 3000 block of Lake Road.
Theft: Several items were taken from an auto at a home in the 3000 block of Frederick Street.
Weapons offense: A Youngstown man was arrested on a weapons offense for possession of a .40-caliber semiautomatic and a drug charge of possession of a narcotic analgesic, Vicoprofen, at a home in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road.
Theft: An Ohio license was stolen from an auto at a home in the 60 block of Westminister Drive. The license was used in a gas drive-off at a BP gas station.
Theft: $36.23 in gasoline was stolen at BP gas station, 5502 Mahoning Ave.

Personal injury: A dog bit a 14-year-old boy on the hip at a home in the 5000 block of Virginia Drive.
