Local Masons are honored by Ohio State DeMolay

Selders
AKRON — Two area Masons were singled out for recognition during the annual conclave of Ohio State DeMolay that took place recently at the University of Akron.
Timothy N. Flack of Struthers was awarded the Active Legion of Honor, and John R. Selders of Austintown was the recipient of the Honorary Legion of Honor.
Flack is the past master of Sulgrave Lodge 696, F&AM, and a past officer of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite. He is the secretary and recorder with the Youngstown York Rite Bodies and serves as superintendent of the Youngstown Masonic Temple.
A past master of Western Star Lodge 21, F&AM, Selders is a Knight of the York Cross of Honor and is Grand Prior of the Scottish Rite Supreme Council. His is the minister of Christ’s Church in Boardman.
The DeMolay is sponsored by Freemasonry for men between the ages of 12 and 21.
