Another man is accused of participating in two armed robberies and an armed burglary.

WARREN — Michael L. McDonald, 25, of Lener Avenue Southwest has been indicted on two counts of aggravated murder and other charges that could bring him the death penalty if convicted.
A Trumbull County grand jury handed up the indictments Wednesday, two days after McDonald turned himself in to police.
He is accused of killing Mocha Jones, 25, and Donte Broadus, 31, in front of Jones’ Colt Court apartment Sunday. Police have not offered a motive, saying there are conflicting stories about what led up to the shootings.
McDonald’s indictment says he killed the two while committing or attempting to commit one or more other crimes, such as kidnapping, burglary and arson, but Dennis Watkins, Trumbull County prosecutor, said his office cannot comment further.
The charges accuse McDonald of killing two or more people, the aggravating circumstance that makes it possible for him to get the death penalty, Watkins said.
The indictment also accuses McDonald of committing bribery of someone connected to the case Monday, though Watkins would not specify whom he is accused of bribing.
McDonald will be arraigned at 9 a.m. today before Judge Judge Andrew Logan.
The grand jury also handed up an indictment Thursday against Shedrick D. Brogdon, 19, of Fifth Street Southwest on two counts of aggravated robbery and one of aggravated burglary.
Brogdon was charged with participating in the armed robbery of Ianazone’s Pizza on Southern Boulevard on July 28 and the Red and White Store on West Market Street on July 27.
The burglary charge stems from allegations that Brogdon broke into an occupied Fifth Street Southwest apartment July 24 with guns. Nothing was taken.
Brogdon will also be arraigned at 9 a.m. today before Judge Logan.
