Scholarships awarded by ABWA chapter

YOUNGSTOWN — The Tri-Gold Prime Time Chapter of American Business Women’s Association presented scholarships to three students during the June 10 meeting at Rusty’s Southside Grill.

Recipients of the $1,200 scholarships were Cassandra Clyde, who will be a freshman at Mercyhurst College; Rachel Borin, a sophomore at Youngstown State University; and Helen Eusanio, a senior at YSU.

The funds were raised by soliciting ads for the style show to be Sept. 20 at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman, by selling nuts in the fall, and from donations made by individuals and businesses.
