Community carnival is preschool event

YOUNGSTOWN — A back-to-school free community carnival will be from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Youngstown Academy of Excellence, 1408 Rigby St.

There will be free food, games, music, classroom tours, raffles, prizes, school supply giveaways, contests and activities for the entire family.
