Man arrested in hit-and-run death of bicyclist

YOUNGSTOWN — Justin T. Clark, 19, of West Ravenwood Avenue, has been charged with fleeing the scene of an accident causing death and driving under suspension in the death of a bicyclist on Hudson Avenue in early July.

Shelton Harris, 57, died when he was struck by a car on the 100 block of Hudson Avenue.

Clark was arrested today at his home and is being held in Mahoning County jail awaiting arraignment.
