YOUNGSTOWN — The Rev. James Sullivan officiated at the 1:30 p.m. June 27 wedding as nuptial vows were exchanged by Carolyn Sich, a daughter of Ed and Edna Sich, 2388 Innwood St., Austintown, and Anthony Burnett, a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Burnett of Boardman and Mr. and Mrs. Terrence McCarthy of Canfield.

The couple were honored during a reception at The Georgetown in Boardman before leaving on a wedding trip to Aruba. They live at 1808 Wampum Drive.

The bride wore a white satin halter-style ball gown. Beaded lace and cutwork appliqu s accented the bodice, and the skirt flowed into a cathedral train.

The honor attendants, Jamie Lemke, Desiree Kinser and Mary Mahan, wore cotton candy pink gowns, as did the bridesmaids, Racheal Pesta, Tiffany Rambo, Kristen Baer, Jessica Rupp, Jillian Patoray and the bride’s sister-in-law, Beth Sich. Flower girl was Danielle Vuletich, her cousin.

Nick Burnett served as best man for his brother, and groomsman were Mike Burnett, a brother of the groom; Jason Sulik; Russ Banner; Mark Taylor; Trevor Toy; Ron Whitling; Louis Buchmann; and the bride’s brother, Sean Sich. Ring bearer was Carter Burnett, a nephew of the groom.

Mrs. Burnett graduated from Youngstown State University with an associate degree in pre-kindergarten. She is a store manager with Payless in Boardman.

Mr. Burnett is the owner of Pondscape in Boardman and a Youngstown City firefighter.
