YSU fundraising director speaks to Rotary club

AUSTINTOWN — Joseph Cassese, fundraising director at Youngstown State University, spoke to the Rotary Club of Austintown at its July 27 meeting.

He has worked in fundraising for YSU for six years and graduated from YSU.

At YSU, an indoor facility for football and track is in the works, which will give a competitive edge to YSU in attracting athletic students, Cassese said. National indoor meets could take place at such a facility.

Sept. 5 at Pittsburgh is the season opener for YSU.
