Trumbull school levies have mixed results

WARREN — Voters in one Trumbull County school district approved an emergency renewal levy, but in another, an emergency measure was defeated.

Voters in the Bristol district approved an emergency renewal of 4.7 mills, with 53 percent voting in favor and 47 percent opposed.

In the Southington district, an emergency levy for 5 additional mills was defeated with 41 percent supporting it and 59 percent against it.
