PITTSBURGH, Pa. — Rabbi Chuck Diamond officiated at 6 p.m. May 24 as Jaclyn M. DeMarco and Dr. Joshua G. Cohen, both of 6 Locksley Ave., San Francisco, were united in marriage at the Urban Room of the Omni William Penn Hotel. A reception followed in the ballroom.

After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple live in San Francisco.

The bride, a daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Robert DeMarco, 495 Presidential Drive, is an academic analyst for the department chair of pediatric surgery at the UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco. She graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.

The groom is a son of Dr. and Mrs. Louis Cohen of Yorba Linda, Calif. He graduated from NU with a bachelor’s and a medical degree and is a third-year ob/gyn resident at UCSF Medical Center.

The bride’s strapless white taffeta gown was embellished with rhinestones and Swarovski crystals.

Honor attendant was Danielle DeMarco; bridesmaids were Heather Cohen, Rachel Clayton, Lauren Kaz, Lisa Rucci and Jaclyn Solomon; and junior bridesmaids were Ilana Fishman and Bebe Simon. They wore eggplant-colored gowns. Flower girl Madison Dvorak wore an ivory gown.

Dr. Seth Cohen was best man, and groomsmen were Field Brussel, Stephen Cheuk, Brad Helfand, Jeffrey Kleinman and Stephen Krupin. Ushers were Brandon Fishman, Miles Simon, Jesse Simon and Jonathan Solomon.
