Reservations required for dinner at church

YOUNGSTOWN — Reservations are being accepted until Monday for the mother-and-daughter banquet scheduled for 6 p.m. May 8 at Martin Luther Lutheran Church, 420 Clearmount Drive.

The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children 4 to 10. Those under 3 eat free. Tickets will be available after worship on Sunday at the church or can be reserved by calling the church office, (330) 788-8707.

The menu will feature pork loin with pineapple sauce, potatoes, vegetables, rolls, beverage, and pineapple upside down cake. A program on “Aprons” will be presented by Janet Noel, and musical entertainment will be by Brandy and Heidi Metzler, sisters from Austintown Fitch High School.
