Single-car accident leaves 2 people injured

LIBERTY — The Ohio State Highway Patrol said two people were injured in a one-car crash on Tibbets-Wick Road just east of Belmont Avenue.

A car driven by Ronald Fiedler, 43, of Masury, was westbound around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday when it went off the right side of the road, struck a ditch and rolled onto its side, police said.

Fiedler and a passenger, Danielle Fell, 19, also of Masury, were injured and taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center.

The hospital refused to release any information on the victims.
