McBride House to be open for tours

HUBBARD — The Hubbard Historical Society’s McBride House will be open May 10 from 2 to 5 p.m. Tours are conducted by Cecilia Cooper and Lucille Wilson.

The society’s next meeting will be May 14 at the first Presbyterian Church The guest speaker, Elizabeth Clark of Warren, will talk about Lou Henry Hoover, the first lady during Herbert Hoover’s term as president, (1929-1933). For information, call Cooper at (330) 534-4247.
