NORTH LIMA — The engagement of Kelly Rae James of North Lima and Cory Don Husted of New Springfield is being announced by her parents, John and Kim James of North Lima.

The future groom is a son of Robert Husted and Tom and Julie Sheely, all of New Springfield, and the late Sherri Burkey-Sheely,

Miss James graduated magna cum laude from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. She is a reading tutor with Springfield Local Schools in New Middletown and is employed in child care at the D.D. and Velma Davis Family YMCA in Boardman.

Mr. Husted is a service manager with a local automotive chain in Boardman.

The couple will be united in marriage during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony July 10 at Mount Olivet United Church of Christ. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for an evening reception at The Links at Firestone Farms in Columbiana.
