Ridge Red Hat Ladies to serve dinners

MINERAL RIDGE — Briarfield at the Ridge Red Hat Ladies will follow recipes provided by two members, Minnie Walker and Ida Rucci, to prepare meals to be served from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today at the center, 3379 Main St.

Dinners will include fried chicken, pasta, salad, bread and dessert. Meals are $7 per plate, and children under 5 eat free. Carryouts will be available. Proceeds will be used to fund a pool table and piano for the center.
