Ms. Thompson, Mr. Burich plan summer wedding

The engagement of Rebecca Thompson and Darren Burich, both of Austintown, is being announced by their parents, Jim and Darlis Hetrick of Columbiana and Mickey and Elaine Burich of Struthers.

Ms. Thompson graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She is an assistant manager at Verizon Wireless in Youngstown.

Mr. Burich, an assistant manager with Walgreens in Sharon, Pa., graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Invitations will be extended for the couple’s summer wedding at St. Peter and Paul Church in Youngstown and for their reception at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.
