Morris-Sweeney wedding to be at Poland Church

POLAND — Ron and Sheri Morris, 2905 Thunderbird Drive, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jorden Morris, of the same address, and Thomas Sweeney, a son of Pat and Marge Sweeney, all of 3610 Candywoods Drive.

Also announced are plans for the couple’s June 6 wedding. The open ceremony will take place at 3:30 p.m. at New Life Church, and an invitation-only reception will be that evening at The Embassy in Boardman.

Miss Morris graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in music education. She is the self-employed owner/operator of a private music studio.

Mr. Sweeney graduated with a degree in telecommunications from Bowling Green State University, where he is pursuing a master’s degree in education.
