Federal League will not expand; Harding independent

The Federal League's strategic planning committee decided not to expand to a 10-team league, meaning Warren Harding and Massillon will remain independent.

Harding had applied for inclusion in the league. The Raiders will leave the Steel Valley Conference at the end of the school year.
