Professional women to meet, elect officers

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Business & Professional Women will meet at 5:30 p.m. April 28 at the Upstairs Restaurant on Mahoning Avenue in Austintown. Kashmiry and Ellis announce merger

BOARDMAN — Ray Kashmiry, president of R. Kashmiry and Associates, and Michael A. Ellis of Ellis Insurance Agency have announced they have merged their operations. They said the combination will allow them to better serve their clients and better market services to employer groups and the self-employed.

Established in 1978, R. Kashmiry and Associates represents many statewide group organizations and is the exclusive marketing company for the HBA/BIA of Ohio Healthcare Alliance. Ellis is now the vice president of sales and acquisitions at Kashmiry.
