Garden created to honor women

HERMITAGE, Pa. — In celebration of Mother’s Day, the Womancare Center of UPMC Horizon is inviting area residents to honor the special women in their lives by contributing a plant for the Mother’s Day Garden.

Between April 27 and May 8, flowering plants may be taken to the Womancare Center at 875 N. Hermitage Road, and staff members should be told who is to be honored. The flowers will be planted around the perimeter of the center.
