AARP 4545
• Boardman South Chapter 4545, AARP, will meet at 11:30 a.m. May 7 at the Holiday Inn South in Boardman with Elmer Haidle presiding. The menu will be stuffed chicken breast or perch francaise. Reservations are to be made by April 30 by sending a check and entr e choice to Helen Day, 543 W. Glen Drive, Boardman, Ohio 44512, or call (330) 782-2816. The speaker will be Keith Kaiser, director of horticulture at Fellows Riverside Gardens. Anniversaries and birthdays will be observed. Guests and new members are welcome. HOLY NAME
• Holy Name Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. April 26 in Founders Hall for lunch, cards and bingo. Hostesses will be Diana Bertilacci, Judy Janik and Mary Calai. April birthdays will be observed and there will be drawings.
LIBERTY FRIENDS
• Liberty Friends will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Presbyterian Church, state Route 304, Liberty. Members are reminded to take a sack lunch, coffee provided. Cards and games will be the diversion.
LOCAL 1199
• Local 1199 will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the hall on Belmont Avenue. A Chinese auction will be the diversion.
MARTHA LUPSE
• Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Douglas Martin will give the devotions. Members are reminded to take a sack lunch; coffee and tea will be provided. No affiliation with the church is required for participation. • Members of REAC 3298 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the Eagles Aerie on S. Raccoon Road for a luncheon meeting. Hostesses are Maxine Taylor and Joann Csepeggi, and Melva Davis will preside. Birthdays and anniversaries will be observed. New members are welcome.
RETIRED RNS
• Retired Registered Nurses will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Western Reserve Methodist Church, on Canfield Road in Canfield. Guest speaker will be Saeeda Ghani, who will talk about a trip to Mecca. All area retired RNs are welcome. Refreshments will follow the meeting.
