Rich Center open house

YOUNGSTOWN — In recognition of Autism Awareness Month, which is April, an open house is planned from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. April 23 by the Rich Center for Autism in Fedor Hall at Youngstown State University. The event is free to the public.
