Playhouse announces auditions for play

YOUNGSTOWN — Neil Simon’s romanic comedy, “Barefoot in the Park,” will be staged in July by Youngstown Playhouse.

Roles in the production are available for two women and four men.

The cast will feature:

UCorie Bratter, female lead, 21-32.

UPaul Bratter, male lead, 24-33.

UEthyl, female supporting, 45-58.

UVictor, male supporting, 45-65.

UTelephone man, supporting, 35-55.

UDelivery man, nonspeaking cameo, 55-65.

All parts are open. Auditions for the roles are scheduled for 5 p.m. April 26 and 7 p.m. April 27 at Kontinuous Jams Studio, 6911 Market St., Boardman.

Performances will be July 10, 11, 17 and 18 at 7:30 p.m. and July 12 and 19 at 2:30 p.m. at the Boardman Center Middle School.
