GRIM REMINDER: Curtis Moses of East Lucius Avenue in Youngstown shows bullet debris and the holes in his kitchen floor that were left after his 7-month-old Akita dog, Diva, was fatally shot during a police pursuit April 5. Moses said his 42-pound dog was still a puppy and had no history of aggressive behavior. Diva was shot 13 times.
