Discussion on autism to be presented April 22

BOARDMAN — Parents, staff and teachers at the Rich Center for Autism are planning events for April, Autism Awareness Month.

One of these is a panel discussion on autism issues scheduled for 6:30 p.m. April 22 at Akron Children’s Hospital Community Outreach Center, Southwoods Executive Center, 100 DeBartolo Place, Boardman.

Speakers include Sean Barron, Barb Protopapa, Dr. Leah Gongola, Jackie Marchionda and Rich Center parents. The event is free and open to the public.
