CAMPBELL — Thomas and Denise Black, of 111 Courtland Ave., announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Deanna Black, of the same address, and Jared Woodward, of 530 Coitsville Road. He is the son of Jonathan and Cheryl Woodward, 321 Blossom Ave.

The couple plan to be married in a 2 p.m. ceremony May 3 at Poland United Methodist Church. A reception is to follow at Avion on the Water, Canfield.

The bride-elect is a student at Mercy College of Northwest Ohio, St. Elizabeth Campus, Youngstown.

The prospective groom attends Youngstown State University and is the youth pastor at Poland United Methodist Church.
