Council offers workshop on child development

WARREN — Trumbull County Family and Children First Council has scheduled a workshop on Child Development for 5:30 p.m. April 23 at 1230 Palmyra Road.

Featured will be skits and a discussion on the way developing brains of children influence behavior.
