Lawson-Metzinger wedding to be at Sacred Heart

CAMPBELL — Sacred Heart Church in Youngstown will be the setting for the wedding of Candice Lawson, 106 Pin Oak Place, and John Metzinger, 1675 W. Western Reserve Road, Poland, whose engagement is announced by her mother, Nancy Lawson, also of 106 Pin Oak Place.

The couple will be united in marriage during an open ceremony at 11:30 a.m. May 9. Their reception will be that evening by invitation at The Butler Institute of American Art, Youngstown.

Miss Lawson, also a daughter of the late Bill Lawson, will graduate in the fall with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Strayer University in Pittsburgh. She is an account executive with Internet Data Management in Poland.

Mr. Metzinger, a son of Pam and Joe Metzinger, 2676 Rosewae Drive, Youngstown, is an assistant golf pro with Tippecanoe Country Club, Canfield. He earned an associate in business from Youngstown State University and is attending the PGA of America Program to become a Class A golf professional.
