John McGuire, Youngstown, 21, carrying a concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Rebecca K. Martinez-Reed, 40, Warren, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a detention facility and two counts aggravated drug possession.

Robert P. Manser Jr., 26, Fowler, tampering with evidence.

Christopher S. Hilty, 31, Warren, heroin possession.

Charles E. Brandt III, 31, Warren, heroin possession.

Sheila R. Starkey, 38, Warren, heroin possession.

Eric D. Hopson, Youngstown, 24, heroin possession, burglary.

David J. Zadai, 22, Warren, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification and felonious assault with a firearm specification.,

Deran R. Ogletree, 23, Youngstown, corrupting another with drugs, cocaine possession with a forfeiture specification and tampering with evidence.

Amanda R. Snyder, 24, Fowler, heroin possession, attempted tampering with evidence.

Joseph R. Lawson, 32, Niles, heroin possession, cocaine possession with a forfeiture specification.

Jaclyn N. Crissman, 23, Hubbard, heroin possession.

Rodney R. Fletcher, 41, Warren, tampering with evidence and two counts of cocaine possession.

Paul E. Myers, 36, Parma, domestic violence.

John P. Holbrook Sr., 43, Niles, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification and being a felon in illegal possession of a firearm.

Bradford H. Hanen, 30, Cortland, aggravated drug possession.

Adam C.J. Celedonia, 25, Warren, burglary.

Tracy D. Bradley Sr., 42, Warren, two counts of violating a protection order.

Richard J. Bunch Jr., 31, Warren, failure to register change of address.

Alvin L. McMillian Jr., 23, Warren, carrying a concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Gerald J. Poole Sr., 51, Warren, carrying a concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Jeffrey S. Kiersey, 38, Mineral Ridge, aggravated possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification.

Alonzo L. Robison, 21, Columbus, being a felon in possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property, carrying a concealed weapon.

James T. Monroe, 25, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.

Steven A. DeFoor, 49, Warren, burglary.

Robert R. Key, 30, Ravenna, robbery.

Chad E. Workman, 36, Warren, cocaine possession with a forfeiture specification.
