City offices: Youngstown and Warren, open regular hours today and Monday; Niles, Salem, New Castle and Newton Falls Municipal Court, closed today; Sharon, closed today except police and fire.

County offices: Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana, regular hours today; Mercer and Lawrence, closed today.

All state offices: Open regular hours today and Monday.

Federal offices: U.S. Post Office, Youngstown, Warren and Federal Bankruptcy Court and District Court, open regular hours today.

Schools: Youngstown and New Castle, closed today; Warren, Niles, Salem and Sharon, closed today and Monday; Youngstown Diocese, check your school Web site.

Universities: Youngstown State and Kent State Trumbull, open regular hours today and Monday.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: Regular schedule today and Monday.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, closed Saturday and Sunday; Warren-Trumbull, Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Girard Free Library, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles and Newton Falls Public Library, closed Sunday; Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, closed today through Sunday.

Stock market: Butler Wick & Co., closed today.

Banks: Chase Bank, Charter One, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, Home Savings & Loan, Huntington Bank, Key Bank, National City of Ohio and National City of Pennsylvania, open regular hours today and Monday.

Cortland Banks, closed 4 p.m. today.
