Cerbus-Katanik autumn wedding is scheduled

WARREN — The engagement of Deborah Cerbus, 284 E. 324th St., Willowick, and Hal Katanik, 12503 W. Lake Road, Vermilion, and plans for their autumn wedding are being announced by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Cerbus, 8580 High St. NE.

The future groom is a son of Bernadine Katanik of Vermilion and the late Albert Katanik.

Invitations will be issued for the wedding the couple have planned for Sept. 26 at St. Paschal Baylon Parish in Highland Heights, and for their reception immediately after the ceremony.

Miss Cerbus graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in medical technology. She is a medical technologist in flow cytometry at Cleveland Clinic.

Mr. Katanik is a tool and die maker with Master Products of Cleveland, and a member of the National Ski Patrol.
