Parents announce Shurilla-Gesacion engagement

POLAND — Announced by James and Catherine Shurilla, 2295 Hamilton Ave., and Nick and Diane Gesacion, 11 Walker Court, is the engagement of their children, Renee Shurilla and Ryan Gesacion, both of 2284 Hamilton Ave.

The bride-to-be is a kindergarten Teacher with the Poland Local School District. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.

The prospective groom is employed at Custom Tarpaulin in Boardman.

The couple have planned a wedding for 4 p.m. Aug. 15 in the gazebo at Poland Village Hall. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for a reception that evening at The Embassy in Youngstown.
