Date announced for Moss-Schmitt autumn wedding

POLAND — Edward and Anne Moss, 7956 Kerrybrooke Trail, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Anne Moss, and Thomas Frank Schmitt, both of 4315 Straight Arrow Road, Beaver Creek.

David and Joan Schmitt, 138-A Bison Lane, Stratford, Conn., are parents of the future groom.

Miss Moss is an assistant director of development at the University of Miami in Oxford. She graduated from Ohio University in Athens with a bachelor’s degree in communications.

Mr. Schmitt earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and a juris doctorate from the University of Dayton. He is an attorney with Altick & Corwin Co., L.P.A., in Dayton.

Sept. 26 is the date the couple have chosen for their open wedding at 2 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for their reception later that day at The Butler Institute of American Art, Youngstown.
