Charity ball promises to be at the heart of it all

SHARON — Sharon Regional Health System Auxiliary will have its annual Charity Ball on April 18 at Avalon Golf and Country Club at Buhl Park (formerly Sharon Country Club).

Festivities will get under way at 6:30 p.m. with a cash bar, and a complete dinner will be served at 7:30 featuring a filet and chicken entr e, a cheese-and-fruit table and dessert. The evening will include musical entertainment by Frankie and the Sensations, a popular local dance/show band.

Sponsored by Source One, the ball is the primary fundraiser for Sharon Regional. Proceeds from this year’s event will go to the Cardiac MRI/CT program at the Diagnostic and Imaging Center on Garden Way in Hermitage.

Individual tickets will be available for $75 and the cost for a couple will be $150. A number of special sponsorship opportunities are available. Gold sponsorships are $1,500; silver, $1,250, and patrons, $225.
