Judge rules in Youngstown company’s favor in patent case

YOUNGSTOWN — Turning Technologies said it has received a favorable ruling in a patent battle with a competitor.

The Youngstown-based company said Monday that Judge Peter Economus of U.S. District Court has ruled in the company’s favor in establishing how the patent claims will be defined. A hearing had been held in January.
