WARREN — The fourth lecture of the Trumbull Town Hall Thirty-first Annual Celebrity Series 2008-2009 will feature actress-impersonator Damaris Peters Pike.

The performance, “Women of Note,” is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. April 15 at W.D. Packard Music Hall.

Peters Pike launched “Women of Note” in 1988 to spread her knowledge of music history to the general public by dramatizing women in music.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in music education from Texas Christian University and a master of music degree in voice performance from Kent State University. As professor of music emerita at Hiram College, she founded the Opera Workshop.

She continues to teach two courses each year and directs the Hiram Women’s Chorus. Her repertoire consists of nine original one-person dramas including music from the life of the character as well as humor and inspiration.

For Trumbull Town Hall, she will perform “Que Sera, Sera — Remembering Doris Day.” Refreshments will be available at the Music Hall at 9 a.m. in the lobby.

After the lecture, a luncheon will follow at Leo’s Ristorante for subscribers and guests at a cost of $15. To make reservations, call (330) 373-1900.

Individual tickets cost $25 per lecture. Special group rates of 10 or more are available at $15 per person. The cost for college and high school students is $15. Tickets can be purchased at Packard Music Hall.
