Church is chosen for Kuboff-Walker July 18 wedding

AKRON — Kristina Marie Kuboff and Robert Michael Walker, both of 254 Kenilworth Drive, are announcing their engagement and plans for their summer wedding.

The couple will be united in marriage during an open ceremony that will take place at 2 p.m. July 18 at St. Patrick Church in Hubbard. Invitations will be issued for their reception that evening at the Oak Tree Country Club in West Middlesex, Pa.

The bride-elect, a daughter of Martin and Marilyn Kuboff, 611 Dorchester Drive, Hubbard, is a fourth-grade teacher at St. Patrick School in Kent. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s in reading specialist.

The future groom is a son of Patricia Walker of Canton. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics and computer technology from DeVry University in Columbus and is a network engineer with Amos Data Systems in Akron.
