AARP 3104

• Canfield Chapter 3104, AARP will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Canfield Presbyterian Church, where blood pressure screenings will be available at noon. Susan Gans will speak on the Senior Independence Senior Center of Mahoning County. Illnesses or deaths should be reported to (330) 726-9525. The directors will meet at 10 a.m. April 20 at the church.

AJAX MAGNETHERMIC

• Retirees of Ajax Magnethermic will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Station Square, 4250 Belmont Ave. Guests are welcome.

FREETIMERS

• Youngstown State University Retirees’ monthly breakfast will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Das Dutch Haus in Columbiana. All retirees and friends are welcome.

MAHONING BANK

• Mahoning Bank Retirees will meet at 12:30 Wednesday at TJ’s in Boardman. All retirees are welcome.

MARTHA LUPSE

• Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Marilyn Boggs will give the devotions. Members are reminded to take a sack lunch; coffee and tea will be provided. No affiliation with the church is required for participation. POLICE AND FIRE

• Police and Fire Retirees of Ohio, District 2-Chapter 10 will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at Brandywine Clubhouse, 3390 Flo-Lor Drive. The speaker will be Mahoning County Probate Judge Mark Belinky. All retirees and DROP participants of the Ohio Police and Fire Disability and Pension Fund in Mahoning and Columbiana counties, their spouses or survivors, are welcome. ST. JOSEPH

• Thursday’s meeting of St. Joseph Goldenagers has been canceled due to Holy Week. The next meeting is scheduled for May 14. Members who have not paid their $5 dues may do so at this meeting.

ST NICHOLAS

• St. Nicholas Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. April 14 at Father Petric Social Hall with Laverne Cox presiding. Reservations are required and can be made until Wednesday by sending a check for $7.50, payable to St. Nicholas Senior Citizens, to Lora Opsitnik, 138 Iroquois St., Struthers, OH 44471. Membership dues of $5 can be paid at this time. New members are welcome.

ST. ROSE

• St. Rose Senior Parishoners will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday at Amen Corner, W. Main St., Girard. Pizza will be served. Officers will meet at 12:30.

SOAR 27-2 AND 27-6

• Steelworkers Retirees, Local 1330 and 1331, will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the Italian American Veterans Centre, 113 S. Meridian Road. Refreshments will be served. Tickets for the June 1 picnic will be sold. New members are welcome.

• Saxon Retirees will meet at noon Thursday in the ballroom on Meridian Road. The luncheon meal is sausage and peppers. Reservations or cancellations are to be made today to Kay Ring at (330) 759-8089.
