LAKE FOREST, Ill. — At St. Patrick Church in Lake Forest, Kelly Rohlfs and Daniel J. Lyden Jr., both of Chicago, were married Oct. 18 as Monsignor Steven Rohlfs and the Rev. J. Patrick Manning officiated.
After the 3:30 p.m. ceremony, a reception took place at Sunset Ridge Country Club in Northbrook, Ill., and the couple left for their honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii.
Kristin Rohlfs, the bride’s sister, was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Rosemary Bykerk, Jane Carlisle, Teresa Hemsworth, Eve Jensen and Sarah Wolchuk. Emma and Mackenzie Hemsworth, cousins of the groom, were flower girls.
The groom’s twin brothers, Timothy Lyden and Thomas Lyden, shared the duties of best man. Groomsmen were James M. Irwin; John Zimmerman; Willard L. Hemsworth III, a cousin of the groom; Kevin Novak; and Casey Rohlfs and Daniel Rohlfs, brothers of the bride.
Ring bearer was Willard L. Hemsworth IV, cousin of the groom, and Charles Carlisle, the bride’s cousin, ushered guests.
The bride, daughter of Michael and Cheryl Rohlfs of Northbrook, is a buyer for Mark Shale in Chicago. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in fashion business from Columbia College-Chicago.
The groom, son of Daniel J. Lyden Sr. of 1285 Pioneer Drive, Boardman, and the late Virginia “Ginny” Lyden, is a software engineer for Woodward Inc. in Skokie, Ill. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
