BRISTOL TOWNSHIP

Location: 293 acres north of Bristol-Champion Townline Road near Downs Road in the Grand River watershed

Cost: $733,912

Seller: Sparks Land Company

Buyer: Cleveland Museum of Natural History

HOWLAND TOWNSHIP

Location: 142 acres on the east side of North Road, just south of North Road Elementary School in Howland

Cost: $619,500

Seller: Esa Park Inc.

Buyer: Trumbull County commissioners

HOWLAND TOWNSHIP

Location: 12 acres north of North River Road, east of North Road

Cost: $9,570

Seller: Simpkins Acquisition

Buyer: Howland Township
