Tickets on sale for Rat Pack dinner-show
BOARDMAN — Tony Trolio’s Ciao Promotions will present “The Rat Pack & Then Some” dinner-show at The Georgetown, 5945 South Ave., on July 9.
The show pays tribute to Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and Marilyn Monroe, and includes a four-piece band. The Rat Pack show also does a segment on Bobby Darin, Ray Charles, Neil Diamond, Elvis Presley and Motown.
Two of the Valley's longest-performing acts will be part of the show: the Frank Gallo and Rocky Chirchiglia bands.
Chirchiglia, 78, started his band in 1946 and plays at festivals throughout the region.
He still teaches guitar at his store, Chirchiglia’s House of Music in Austintown, which was founded in 1979. Gallo, 81, formed his band in 1950 and continues to play at festivals and dances.
Tickets, which include dinner, are $36 (senior or groups of eight, $32). Tables of eight can be reserved; all others are assigned. Call Ciao Promotions at (330) 757-2779.
