THE PLAYERS Trumbull 911
The following are representatives on the Trumbull County 911 Planning Committee that voted 3-2 in July to accept a new county 911 plan that would have allowed $1.5 million in wireless 911 money to be turned over to the county to upgrade technology to take wireless 911 calls. One voter, Warren Mayor Michael O’Brien, has since said he’s not ready to sign the agreement, holding it up.
For the plan:
Michael O’Brien, Warren mayor
Ralph Infante, Niles mayor
Pat Layshock, Newton Falls mayor
Against the plan:
Paul Heltzel, Trumbull County commissioner
Donald Barzak, Johnston Township trustee
