Wedding planned by Andrea Ceplecci and Sean Hall

• HUBBARD — The engagement of Andrea Ceplecci, a daughter of Terry and Brenda Ceplecci, all of 7398 Redwood Drive, and Sean Hall, a son of Col. Thomas and Jana Hall, 1116 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, Pa., is announced by parents of the bride-elect.

Miss Ceplecci graduated from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., with a bachelor’s degree in political science, and from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh with a master’s degree. She is director of educational ministries at The Presbyterian Church of Plum Creek in Plum Borough, Pa.

Mr. Hall earned a bachelor’s degree in English and religion/philosophy from the Presbyterian College in Clinton, S.C. He is a senior at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, where he is pursuing a master of divinity degree in preparation for ordination in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)

The couple will be married at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 26 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Warren. Following the open ceremony, a reception will be by invitation at the Grand Pavilion at Avalon Inn, Howland.
