YSU unions present memorial stone bench Friday to the university

YOUNGSTOWN — Three employee unions at Youngstown State University are presenting a memorial stone bench to the university Friday to commemorate YSU’s centennial.

The Association of Classified Employees, the Association of Professional and Administrative Staff and the Ohio Education Association faculty union will have a dedication ceremony at 11 a.m. Friday in the renovated Wick Pollock Memorial Garden.

The North East Ohio Education Association contributed to the funding for the project.
